Licensed since 2002, I've worked the Alabama and Florida coastal real estate market for a long time!   I have been blessed to be mentored by some of the best real estate professionals the Gulf Coast has ever seen. I've also lived in the vacation rental world for more than ten years.  This experience allows me to work with vacation rental investors with a level of understanding you won't find anywhere else!  I love helping families find their vacation home or rental investment! As a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist,  I will work to find you the perfect investment property by helping analyze factors such as property condition, rental income, and expenses to calculate potential return on investment.

I also work with residential home buyers and sellers in Baldwin County, AL as well as Escambia, Santa Rosa, and Walton Counties in Florida.  When looking for your next home my goal is to understand your needs and leave no stone un-turned until we find the perfect home or the most qualified buyer (if you are selling your home)!

I am a mom of four.  Morgan is a graduate of Grinnell University.  AJ is a current student at Savannah College of Art and Design.  Alexandra is a Gulf Shores Middle School cheerleader and also does competitive cheer at Coast Elite.  The youngest, Max, is Gulf Shores' premier rec league soccer defender.  Max and Alex are budding entrepreneurs and are already CEO's of several businesses.
