Who is Farmstead?

Farmstead Real Estate is a small, independent real estate brokerage located in Gulf Shores, Alabama.  We assist clients from Mobile and Baldwin counties in Alabama down the Florida Coast to Panama City Beach with any and all real estate needs.  Our areas of focus include: Residential sales, Second Home and Condo Investments, Land Acquisitions, New Construction homes, and Custom Homes.

Our mission is heavy on relationship. We want to fully understands your goals, needs and wants from each real estate transaction whether you are buying or selling. From those goals we will develop strategic, personalized plans to meet your specific objective. Plans are implemented keeping, you - the client, in the know each step of the way. Relationships and results are our focus.

Farmstead Real Estate is co-founded by long time Baldwin County resident and custom home builder (Farmstead Built LLC) Chad Lippincott and real estate broker/condo investment specialist, Alison Foote. Together they account for 45+ years in the real estate and construction industry. Both are results driven with proven results in our local market.
